Praduman massacre: today's big decision on the accused student

The Juvenile Justice Board will hear the verdict on the CBI's plea for the killing of second class student Pradyumna in Ryan International School, Gurgaon.

Let me tell you that the CBI had filed a petition in Juvenile Justice Board and demanded that a minor accused arrested in this case be prosecuted as an adult. Not only this, the CBI had also demanded the fingerprints of the minor accused from the board. The Juvenile Justice Board had reserved its decision on December 8 after hearing the arguments of the CBI and the minor accused lawyer.

In addition, another petition was filed before the Board by the accused student's advocate that the board does not hasten to give the accused the decision on the adult and minor. After hearing the debate on all petitions, the Board has fixed December 13 for the hearing. A petition was filed before the Board by the father of Pradyuman that the accused student has been subjected to a felony crime, hence he should be prosecuted as an adult.

Explain that the CBI has arrested a 11th student of the school after the investigation. The CBI claims that the accused student had executed this murder to avoid the PTM and the examination. The CBI probe has raised serious questions about the role of Haryana Police. The accused conductor has also got bail.

According to the CBI, the accused student had told some friends some days before the killing of Pradyumna that they will postpone the examination. The agency claims that Pradyumna has become a victim of a student accidentally. The accused student was on the verge of killing a student and at the same time showing Pradyumna to the Washroom, after which the accused murdered him.
