Black Day For The Judiciary, Now Everybody Will Doubt The Court Verdict

For the first time in the history of the country, four sitting judges of the Supreme Court came to the media after complaining about the flaws of the judiciary and counted their complaints.

After the press conference of the sitting judges, charges of accusation have started. Senior advocates call it a big threat to the judiciary and democracy.

Senior lawyer Ujjwal Nikam has given the strongest reaction on this matter. He has described this move of the judges as a dark day for the judiciary. Nikam said that the judges should have adopted some other way other than the press conference to keep their complaints. He said that now after this step, the common man of the country can question every decision of the court.

Nikam said that from now on, everybody can see every order of the judiciary with suspicion and every decision can be questioned.

Speaking at the judges' press conference, Senior Advocate and BJP leader Subramaniam Swamy said that the judges raised a very serious issue. He said that these four judges are quite honest and their determination cannot be questioned. Swamy has demanded the intervention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in this matter.

Former Law Minister and senior lawyer Salman Khurshid responded to the judges' press conference saying that it is very tragic and painful. He said that the situation in the country's highest court has been that the judges there have to say in their media.

Senior advocate Prashant Bhushan of the Supreme Court said on the matter that this is a very serious matter which has created the Chief Justice in the courtroom. He said that CJI is misusing its power and it is an unprecedented step to raise voice against it.
