The day has doubled, Baba Ramdev's company, who has been promoting the quadruple of the night, is facing big allegations.
Baba Ramdev's company Patanjali Ayurved Ltd has accused Harpik of bringing toilet in the market. Reckitt Benckiser India has filed a petition against Patanjali in the Delhi High Court, that his toilet cleaner 'Green Flash' is like his Harpic. The next hearing on this matter will now be on January 11, 2018.
Reckitt Benckiser India has filed this case in the court of Single Judge Justice Manmohan in the Delhi High Court. The company has said in the case that Patanjali has made his toilet cleaner green flash exactly as it is an Harpic. The packing and pattern of the green flash are exactly the same as its product. Reckitt Benckiser India has said that he has 80 percent stake in the toilet cleaner market. But Baba Ramdev's product similar to Patanjali can harm his company's Harpic.
Reckitt Benckiser India has said that not only in packing and pattern it is like their product but instruction on packing is similar to their product. The company has alleged that Patanjali is also confusing customers by telling them their product as an organic product.
