The interim report of the CBI in the gang rape of a 22-year-old BA student has said that the girl was not raped. It has been said in the report that the girl's death on that night was not due to gangrape, but due to road accidents.
The CBI had also decided not to take any arrest and action against anyone in this case. The CBI says that no action can be taken against driver without any evidence.
The CBI presented the report keeping in mind this year's Supreme Court order. The girl's mother had filed a petition in the Supreme Court, in which the girl's rape and murder was announced. The girl's mother complained that her daughter was murdered after the rape.
The report of the CBI is shocking. On one hand the mother is saying that her daughter has been gangraped and killed, the second and the biggest investigating agency in the country is denying this.
A senior official said, "The matter is in 2015 when the news of a road accident occurred in Yamuna Expressway, due to the tire burst of Toyota car, a highway accident occurred. The girl and her four friends were injured in road accidents in the car The girl's mother said that the four boys kidnapped her and raped her and later murdered her.
As soon as the matter came to headlines, AIR was registered at the Park Police Station, Greater Noida. It was later lifted in the Supreme Court after appearing on the plea of the case. The Supreme Court took the matter into consideration and handed it over to the CBI.
Now the CBI has submitted its interim report in which the party has been told with case road accidents and friends. CBI has said in its report that the girl went to the car with her own intention. He knew the boys he was friends with each other.
In this road accident, the boys did not cause any harm to the girl. They were all mutual friends. One of them had also propose to the girl on Facebook. An accident occurred due to sudden tire of the car which caused the death of the girl.
An eyewitness coming behind the cars of those people has also told that the girl was alive and her friends did not kill her. In this way, it is not the case of rape and murder.
It is also said in the report of AIIMS hospital in Delhi that due to high speed of the train, the accident happened. By which the driver threw the balance and collided with the barrier on the car highway. The girl was badly injured in the accident, which had died.
