What happened that night

While disclosing the matter, SP D. T. Tanvir told that after the dead body was found, the PM report was clear that the deceased had been strangled. SP said that the village of Sudo Bai, wife of deceased Goddess Prasad Borasi, had an illegal connection with Ashok Merscollo. The incident took place at around 11 p.m. on November 30. Devi Prasad was sleeping in a hen farm near his house. Sundo Bai was sleeping with her children at home.

Between 11 a.m. and 12 o'clock, the accused Ashok Merskole reached the deceased's house. Meanwhile, the deceased Devi Prasad got up from the poultry farm and reached home, he saw both of them on a bed. When the accused of Deviprasad started abusing the accused Ashok and his wife, both the accused came in anger and grabbed Devi Prasad and threw a rope in his throat and killed him.
