Lovers wanted to marry, cut each other's throats on the street.

Faridabad. On Friday morning, a lovers duo tried to commit suicide by cutting each other's neck near Rose Garden and not being ready for the wedding. Both of them were admitted to BK Hospital in a critical condition, from which they were referred to Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi after giving primary treatment. Thana Kotwali Police is engaged in the investigation of the case.

Pramod alias Pinto, a resident of the hill colony, runs auto. According to Pintu, for some time since last year, there was a love affair with a young woman from Sanjay Colony. Both wanted to marry each other.

Both of them had told their families about this. But his family had refused marriage. Since then, both were disturbed.

On Friday, the young woman came out of her house with no excuse. On the way, Pramod sat in his auto. Both of them reached the Road with Garden and Golf Club and began to stand there and talk to each other for a long time.

According to the police, during this time both of them did not stay together but talked of death. Pintu had a knife at auto. Prior to that knife, the young woman gave the neck of the young man and then with the same knife, the young man cut the throat of the young woman.
