Lalu said before the verdict - I am confident that justice will be received from the court

New Delhi: In a case of Bihar-Jharkhand's popular fodder scam, Ranchi's special CBI court on Saturday will decide on the fate of two former Chief Ministers Lalu Prasad Yadav and Dr. Jagannath Mishra of Bihar.

Lalu said before the verdict - We believe that justice will get justice. Whatever the verdict, we appeal to the people of Bihar to maintain law and order. In the same case, in the case, Chakshy Yadav says that only a scam is made at roughly the end. If the fodder scam can be examined then why not Nitish Ji in the creation scandal? It came in the CAG report too. Officials also knew about this. No action was taken about the business scam. Like going to BJP, sin is washed away.

Explain that this case is a fraudulent withdrawal of 84.5 lakhs from Deoghar District Treasury. Of the 34 accused, 11 have died, while one has been approved by the CBI. An interesting aspect is that there is an unusual combination of 23 points with Lalu, whether it is a fodder scam or any other

A decision on December 23, 2017: In this case, Special Judge of the CBI, Mr. Shivpal Singh will be hearing the verdict on December 23. On December 23, all the accused were ordered to appear before the court. Lalu too has reached Ranchi for this. Even before this, Lalu Prasad Yadav and Dr. Jagannath Mishra have been convicted in another case of the fodder scam.

Chargesheet was filed on 23rd of the date: Here too, unlike the 23-digit unique coincidence, Lalu did not leave the chase. In the fodder scam, the CBI had filed a charge sheet against 55 accused, including Lalu Prasad Yadav and Dr. Jagannath Mishra, on June 23, 1997, starting from 20 years ago.

23 surviving survivors: 11 of the 34 accused in the current case of fodder scam have died. After this 23 survivors were left, However, one of these has become the approval of the CBI.

Special CBI Judge Muni Lal Paswan, on December 18, 2006, was acquitted of Lalu and his wife Rabri Devi in the case of property more than the income of the fodder scam, in which Lalu got Rs 46 lakh more than the known sources of income at that time. He was accused of earning the property when he was chief minister between 1990 and 1997. In this case, also the debate was completed on 23rd November.

The Supreme Court had given the shock: Jharkhand High Court had given relief to Lalu in November 2014 and removed the charges of conspiracy and cheating of the scandal involving him. It was said in the verdict that no person can be punished twice for the same crime. The decision was challenged by the CBI in the Supreme Court, after which the Supreme Court had allowed Jharkhand High Court to turn criminal proceedings on Lalu by running a criminal case. Along with it, the court ordered to complete the hearing within nine months.
